Empowering the Future: T3 Talks Career Pathways with Learning Hub Students

T3 recently had the incredible opportunity to connect with students at The Lansing Learning Hub to spark conversations around career pathways, leadership, and the importance of community resources.

During this engaging session, students asked thoughtful questions about local programs, diving into the wealth of community tools and services available to help them reach their educational and career goals. From exploring skilled trades and professional career options to discovering how community partnerships can open doors, the students were curious, motivated, and ready to learn.

A special highlight of the day was a mini-course on leadership—a hands-on experience where students learned about highly effective habits they can start using now to move forward with confidence and purpose. It was inspiring to see these young leaders in action, setting their sights on bright futures.
